Matt has been in the building industry
for over 30 years. Starting as a contractor and home builder, he pivoted to the
renewable energy industry in 2006 with the exploration of installing and maintaining
thermal storage solar systems for residential and commercial property hot water
production. After he learned that the success of solar technology relied on the building
being as efficient as possible, he pivoted his construction skills into the weatherization
industry. Since 2007, he has owned and grown MT Weatherization into a 50+
employee company and has helped over 30,000 customers save energy, improve health
and safety, and increase the comfort of their homes.
Dave has been in the field of operational
excellence and IT system integration for over 25 years. He brings a wealth of
knowledge in operations and efficient workflow systems to his position at MT
Weatherization. Approaching this role from an “outsider’s perspective” has enabled
MT to transform the way they conduct weatherization work and created a customer
centric workflow, enabling scalability and operational excellence.
